Quick Shrimp Tacos

  1. In a large saute pan over medium-high heat add oil and onion.
  2. Saute until onion starts to caramelize.
  3. Add garlic and red bell pepper.
  4. Stir well.
  5. Add all seasonings and stir.
  6. Cook until seasoning becomes fragrant, about 1 minute.
  7. Add tequila or water and stir to deglaze the pan.
  8. Add shrimp and cook just for a few minutes until shrimp turn pink.
  9. Shrimp are done when pink.
  10. Serve in corn tortillas with desired toppings.
