Tasty Maritime Pie

  1. Break fillets in chunks.
  2. Saute onion, garlic and zucchini until vegetables are tender.
  3. Blend in flour, seasonings and herbs.
  4. Add tomatoes and cook 5 minutes or until sauce is thick.
  5. Add fish and pour into a 9 inch pie plate.
  6. Cover with pastry; trim and flute.
  7. Bake at 400F (200C) 25 to 30 minutes or until pastry is golden brown.
  8. Allow pie to stand 10 minutes before serving.
