Panzanella Style Salad

  1. Combine tomatoes, bread, onion, olives and capers with dressing.
  2. Mix well and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  3. Remove from the refrigerator and stir through the basil and pepper.
  4. Allow to come to room temperature before serving.
