Do-It-Yourself Play-Dough

• 1 cup flour
• 1/2 cup salt
• 1 cup water
• 2 tsp. cream of tartar
• 1 tsp. salad oil
• Food coloring

1. Mix together all ingredients and cook for 3 minutes over low heat.
2. Stir well.
3. Add food coloring.
4. Store in a plastic container.
