Grilled Steak With Tex-Mex Pasta

  1. Heat gas grill on medium or charcoal grill until coals are ash white.
  2. Cook linguine according to package directions.
  3. Drain.
  4. Keep warm.
  5. Combine butter, garlic, pepper and chili powder in bowl.
  6. Place steak onto grill.
  7. Grill, turning once and brushing occasionally with garlic butter mixture, 13-15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145F (medium-rare) or desired doneness.
  8. Combine sour cream and cheese dip in 12-inch skillet; add hot cooked linguine, beans and red pepper.
  9. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, 3-5 minutes or until heated through.
  10. Serve pasta with steak.
