Soya Kababs

  1. Soak soya in water and vinegar for 1/2 hour and drain.
  2. blend soya well to make a smooth doughy paste.
  3. add eggs/besan, salt, garlic paste, black pepper powder, spring onion, green chili and red chili powder.
  4. blend again and shape into flat round balls.
  5. heat oil in a nonstick pan.
  6. fry the kababs to agolden brown on both sides.
  7. serve garnished with onion and lemon rings.
