White Sangria Splash

• 1 cup dry white wine
• 1 pkg. (0.6 oz.) JELL-O Lemon Flavor Sugar Free Gelatin
• 3 cups club soda
• 1 Tbsp. each fresh lime juice and orange juice
• 3 cups seedless green grapes, divided
• 2 cups sliced strawberries, divided Safeway 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
• 4 kiwis, peeled, sliced

1. Bring wine to boil in small saucepan.
2. Add to dry gelatin mix in medium bowl; stir 2 min.
3. until completely dissolved.
4. Stir in club soda, lime juice and orange juice.
5. Place bowl of gelatin in larger bowl of ice and water.
6. Let stand 10 min.
7. or until thickened, stirring occasionally.
8. Stir in 1 cup each grapes and strawberries.
9. Pour into 6-cup mold sprayed with cooking spray.
10. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
11. Unmold.
12. Top with remaining fruit.
