Marinade Turkey Recipe

  1. Place shallots in a wide mouth jar.
  2. Pour wine and veg.
  3. oil into a heavy saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat.
  4. Add in the sugar and seasonings.
  5. Stir well.
  6. Simmer for 5 min.
  7. Remove the mix from heat and pour over the shallots.
  8. Set aside for 15 min.
  9. Then pour it over the turkey breast.
  10. Marinate the breasts for 6 hrs or possibly overnight in a covered container in refrigerator.
  11. Increase the recipe for large birds and let marinate for at least 24 hrs.
  12. Bake turkey according to instructions.
