Maple-Mustard Glazed Salmon

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Bring salmon to room temperature for 30 minutes.
  2. Lightly grease a baking sheet with oil.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together mustards, syrup and oil.
  4. Pat salmon dry.
  5. Season well with salt and pepper on the skin side; season lightly on the opposite side.
  6. Lay salmon skin side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  7. Rub the top with the mustard mixture.
  8. Bake for 810 minutes or until cooked to desired doneness.
  9. If desired, transfer under the broiler for the last 24 minutes of cooking for a more well-browned crust (not depicted here).
  10. Remove skin before serving, if desired.
  11. Serve with lemon.
  12. Enjoy.
