Bacon Spaghetti
- 1 pound Bacon
- 1 can (10.75 Oz. Can) Tomato Soup
- 1 can (10-14 Oz. Can) Diced Tomatoes And Green Chilies
- 1 whole Onion, Diced
- 4 cloves Garlic, Crushed
- 1 whole Thai Hot Pepper
- 4 ounces, weight Whatever Hard Shredded Cheese You Like
- 1 pound Spaghetti
- Fry bacon until almost crisp.
- Add onion and garlic.
- Cook until onions are soft.
- Add Thai pepper, tomato soup and diced tomatoes with green chilies.
- Simmer for at least 15 minutes.
- (You can cook it longer if you like.)
- Prepare pasta.
- Be sure to use salted water.
- Add drained pasta to the sauce.
- Sprinkle with shredded cheese (or Velveeta) and let the cheese melt on the pasta before serving.
