Best Ever Chocolate Cake

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the first five ingredients.
  2. Add the water, oil, vinegar and vanilla.
  3. Beat on low speed for 1 minute.
  4. Beat on medium speed for 1 minute.
  5. Pour into a greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.
  7. Cool on a wire rack.
  8. For frosting, in a mixing bowl, beat the milk and pudding mix for 2 minutes.
  9. Beat in whipped topping.
  10. Spread over cake.
  11. Refrigerate leftovers.
