5 Minute Nanohana and Shrimp Saute with Aurora Sauce
- 15 Shelled shrimp, boiled
- 1 packages Nanohana
- 2 tbsp Ketchup
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 Salt and pepper
- Rinse the shrimp, remove the shells, and blot dry with a paper towel.
- Rinse the nanohana, trim off the tough stem ends, then cut into 3-4 cm pieces.
- Combine the sauce ingredients in a frying pan, heat for 3 minutes over high heat, stirring while sauteeing.
- Presentation: Arrange the shrimp in a circular pattern like a flower, then create a mound by alternating the nanohana with the remaining shrimp, and drizzle the rest of sauce on the platter.
