Shrimp Flatbread Pizza
- 2 (10x7-inch) Naan flatbreads*
- 2 tablespoons Land O Lakes Butter, melted
- 6 ounces (1 1/2 cups) small cooked salad shrimp**
- 1 medium (3/4 cup) tomato, chopped
- 1/2 cup artichoke hearts, well-drained, chopped
- 1/4 cup sliced green onion
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup feta cheese crumbles
- 5 (3/4-ounce) slices Land O Lakes Deli Provolone, quartered
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh basil, if desired
- Heat oven to 425F.
- Place flatbreads onto ungreased baking sheets.
- Brush with melted butter.
- Combine all other ingredients except cheese and basil in bowl until well mixed.
- (Drain, if necessary.)
- Spoon half of shrimp mixture onto each flatbread; top with feta and provolone cheese.
- Bake 14-16 minutes or until cheeses are melted and bubbly.
- Sprinkle with fresh basil, if desired.
- Cut into pieces; serve hot.
- *Substitute 2 (8-inch) prebaked pizza crusts or other flatbread from deli or bakery section.
- **Substitute cooked chicken.
