Shrimp Flatbread Pizza

  1. Heat oven to 425F.
  2. Place flatbreads onto ungreased baking sheets.
  3. Brush with melted butter.
  4. Combine all other ingredients except cheese and basil in bowl until well mixed.
  5. (Drain, if necessary.)
  6. Spoon half of shrimp mixture onto each flatbread; top with feta and provolone cheese.
  7. Bake 14-16 minutes or until cheeses are melted and bubbly.
  8. Sprinkle with fresh basil, if desired.
  9. Cut into pieces; serve hot.
  10. *Substitute 2 (8-inch) prebaked pizza crusts or other flatbread from deli or bakery section.
  11. **Substitute cooked chicken.
