Mexican style smothered pork chops

  1. Slice onion, bell pepper, and mushrooms in slivers and saute in butter with garlic.
  2. Set aside.
  3. In medium bowl mix enchilada sauce and salsa
  4. Line pork chops in greased baking dish and pour enchilada sauce mix over the top.
  5. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
  6. Pull out and top with sauted vegies and cheese.
  7. Bake for an additional 15-20 minutes.
  8. Top with cilantro
