Mexican style smothered pork chops
- 1 packages pork chops
- 1 can green enchilada sauce
- 1 cup chunky salsa
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 packages mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp garlic
- 1 cup cheese
- 1 cilantro
- Slice onion, bell pepper, and mushrooms in slivers and saute in butter with garlic.
- Set aside.
- In medium bowl mix enchilada sauce and salsa
- Line pork chops in greased baking dish and pour enchilada sauce mix over the top.
- Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
- Pull out and top with sauted vegies and cheese.
- Bake for an additional 15-20 minutes.
- Top with cilantro
