Creamy Spinach Potato Mash

  1. Place spinach in colander.
  2. In pot, bring next 3 ingredients and enough salted water to cover, to a boil.
  3. Cook 20 minutes; pour over spinach to drain.
  4. Discard rosemary.
  5. Return potatoes and spinach to pot and stir in butter and broth.
  6. Using hand masher, mash mixture until smooth.
  7. Stir in peppers and serve.
