Double Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe
- 2 1/4 c. unsifted flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 c. butter, softened
- 1/4 c. granulated sugar
- 3/4 c. brown sugar, packed
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 (4 ounce.) pkg. Jello chocolate instant pudding and pie filling
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 (12 ounce.) pkg. chocolate chips
- 1 c. nuts, minced
- Mix flour and baking soda.
- Combine shortening, sugars, vanilla and pudding fold in large bowl.
- Beat till smooth and creamy.
- Beat in Large eggs.
- Gradually add in flour mix.
- Stir in chips and nuts.
- Batter will be stiff.
- Drop by rounded tsp.
- 2 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheet.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 min.
- You may use vanilla pudding for a light cookie.
