Double Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe

  1. Mix flour and baking soda.
  2. Combine shortening, sugars, vanilla and pudding fold in large bowl.
  3. Beat till smooth and creamy.
  4. Beat in Large eggs.
  5. Gradually add in flour mix.
  6. Stir in chips and nuts.
  7. Batter will be stiff.
  8. Drop by rounded tsp.
  9. 2 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheet.
  10. Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 min.
  11. You may use vanilla pudding for a light cookie.
