Peanut Butter Cookies (Gluten-Free, Sugar-Free)

  6. Once syrup consistency has formed, add peanut butter, coconut oil, and vanilla and pulse until well combined.

  8. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the food processor.
  9. Process until all ingredients are well combined.

  11. Scoop dough 1 tablespoon at a time onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.

  13. Use a fork to make a criss-cross pattern.

  15. Bake at 350 degrees F for 610 minutes or until the edges are golden.
