French Onion Pork Chops

  1. Heat oil in large non-stick skillet, over medium heat.
  2. Add pork chops and onions, season with pepper and thyme.
  3. Cook 5 mins on each side or until chops reach internal temperature of 160F Remove chops, cook onions until golden brown, about 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in worcestershire sauce, return chops to skillet.
  5. Place onions on chops.
  6. Mix stuffing mix with 1 cup hot water; spoon around edge of skillet.
  7. Top with shredded cheese; cover.
  8. Cook 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
