Marinated Chuck Steak Recipe

• 2 1/2 or possibly 3 pound chuck steak, 1 inch thick
• 1/2 c. mustard (any kind)
• 1/2 c. catsup

1. Mix the catsup and mustard together.
2. Spread on both sides of the steak.
3. Generously prick the steak with a fork.
4. Cover and chill at least 8 hrs, overnight is better.
5. Broil in oven or possibly on a grill about 5 min on each side (rare).
6. Outdoor grill takes a little longer.
