Marinated Chuck Steak Recipe
- 2 1/2 or possibly 3 pound chuck steak, 1 inch thick
- 1/2 c. mustard (any kind)
- 1/2 c. catsup
- Mix the catsup and mustard together.
- Spread on both sides of the steak.
- Generously prick the steak with a fork.
- Cover and chill at least 8 hrs, overnight is better.
- Broil in oven or possibly on a grill about 5 min on each side (rare).
- Outdoor grill takes a little longer.
