An Easy Bento Side Dish: Canned Tuna and Green Bell Pepper Bake with Mayonnaise
- 1 Green bell peppers
- 1/2 a can Canned tuna
- 1 Mayonnaise
- 1 Krazy Salt (or seasoned salt mix)
- 1/2 Cheese
- Wash the green bell peppers, discard the seeds and calyxes, and cut into half.
- Mix the canned tuna, mayonnaise and Krazy Salt.
- Once mixed, stuff it in the green bell pepper.
- Put some cheese on top and toast in the toaster oven for about 3 to 4 minutes.
- Check occasionally and adjust the cooking time as needed.
- When they brown color, they are done.
- Sprinkle dried parsley to finish.
- By the way, this is the canned tuna I used this time.
- You could use the entire can if you wish.
