Sweet 'n' Sour Ribs
- 3 -4 lbs boneless country-style ribs
- 1 (20 ounce) can pineapple tidbits, undrained
- 2 (8 ounce) cans tomato sauce
- 12 cup thinly sliced onion
- 12 cup thinly sliced green pepper
- 12 cup packed brown sugar
- 14 cup cider vinegar
- 14 cup tomato paste
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- salt and pepper
- Place the ribs in a slow cooker.
- In a bowl, combine the remaining ingredients; pour over the ribs.
- Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or until the meat is tender.
- Thicken the sauce if desired.
