Apricot & Almond Cheese Log

  1. Mix reduced-fat cream cheese, apricots and zest until well blended.
  2. Shape into 6-inch log.
  3. Roll in nuts until evenly coated on all sides.
  4. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap.
  5. Refrigerate 30 min.
  6. Serve as a spread with the crackers.
