Apricot & Almond Cheese Log
- 1 tub (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA 1/3 Less Fat than Cream Cheese
- 1/4 cup finely chopped dried apricots
- 1 Tbsp. lemon zest Safeway 4 ct For $5.00 thru 02/09
- 1/2 cup PLANTERS Sliced Almonds, toasted, coarsely chopped
- rosemary and olive oil woven wheat crackers
- Mix reduced-fat cream cheese, apricots and zest until well blended.
- Shape into 6-inch log.
- Roll in nuts until evenly coated on all sides.
- Wrap tightly in plastic wrap.
- Refrigerate 30 min.
- Serve as a spread with the crackers.
