Strawberry Cereal Shake

• 1 cup nonfat milk
• 1 cup frozen unsweetened strawberries
• 12 cup fruit and bran cereal (with dates raisins and walnuts)
• 1 tablespoon honey

1. Place all ingredients in blender, cover.
2. Blend n high for 30 seconds till blended.
3. Pour into large glass and serve.
