Stuffing-Topped Creamy Chicken Casserole
- 1-2/3 cups hot water
- 1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Savory Herbs Stuffing Mix
- 6 small boneless skinless chicken thighs (1-1/2 lb.)
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1 pkg. (16 oz.) frozen stir-fry vegetables (onions and peppers), thawed, drained
- 1 can (14-3/4 oz.) cream-style corn
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Lite Creamy Caesar Dressing
- Heat oven to 425F.
- Add hot water to stuffing mix; stir just until moistened.
- Place chicken in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; sprinkle with seasonings.
- Cover with stir-fry vegetables, then combined corn and dressing.
- Top with stuffing; cover.
- Bake 40 to 45 min.
- or until chicken is done (165F), uncovering for the last 10 min.
