Stuffing-Topped Creamy Chicken Casserole

  1. Heat oven to 425F.
  2. Add hot water to stuffing mix; stir just until moistened.
  3. Place chicken in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; sprinkle with seasonings.
  4. Cover with stir-fry vegetables, then combined corn and dressing.
  5. Top with stuffing; cover.
  6. Bake 40 to 45 min.
  7. or until chicken is done (165F), uncovering for the last 10 min.
