Deburgo Sauce
- 8 oz heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp butter
- 1 1/2 tsp minced garlic
- 1/4 tsp sweet basil dried
- 1/4 tsp whole leaf oregano
- 1 tsp chopped parsley
- 1 oz cooking wine, white
- Sautee butter and fresh garlic
- add parsley, oregano, basil to pan
- cook for a couple minutes.
- Add wine and cook for a couple minutes.
- Add heavy cream and fresh parmesan cheese.
- Reduce sauce until it is a creamy consistency.
- Pour sauce over steaks
