Deburgo Sauce

  1. Sautee butter and fresh garlic
  2. add parsley, oregano, basil to pan
  3. cook for a couple minutes.
  4. Add wine and cook for a couple minutes.
  5. Add heavy cream and fresh parmesan cheese.
  6. Reduce sauce until it is a creamy consistency.
  7. Pour sauce over steaks
