Crispy Breakfast Bites
- 72 each flour tortillas (6 inch)
- 2 qt. scrambled eggs
- cooked beef sirloin steaks (medium rare), thinly sliced Whole Foods 1 lb For $7.99 thru 02/09
- 3 cups KRAFT CHEDASHARP Pasteurized Process American Cheese Shred
- 3 cups A.1. Thick & Hearty Steak Sauce, divided
- For each serving: Top each of 3 tortillas with about 2 Tbsp.
- eggs, 0.5 oz.
- steak, 2 tsp.
- cheese and 1 tsp.
- steak sauce.
- Roll up tightly; secure with wooden toothpick.
- Add to 350 degrees F oil in deep fryer; cook 3 min.
- or until crisp and golden brown.
- Drain; discard toothpicks.
- Serve with 1 Tbsp.
- steak sauce.
