Sparkling Ginger-Lemonade Tea

  1. Bring 2-1/2 qt.
  2. water (or 2 cups water for trial recipe) and ginger to boil.
  3. Remove from heat; cover.
  4. Let stand 20 min.
  5. Strain liquid; discard ginger.
  6. Add remaining 2-3/4 cups water (or remaining 3/4 cup water for trial recipe) and tea concentrate.
  7. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  8. For 5 servings: Mix 3 cups tea mixture and 2 cups club soda just before serving.
  9. Pour into 5 glasses.
  10. Add ice, if desired.
  11. Top each with 2 lemon slices.
