Cheese Crisps

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Brush the dough with beaten egg, then top it with a cayenne-spiked mixture of sharp Cheddar and Parmesan.
  3. (You could substitute poppy or sesame seeds.)
  4. Cut into strips and put on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for about 10 minutes.
