Pizza Dough Crescent Rolls Recipe
- 8 c. flour
- 3 pkg. yeast
- 10 tbsp. Crisco
- 5 to 10 tbsp. sugar
- 2 tbsp. salt
- 3 c. hot water
- Dissolve all yeast in water.
- Mix dry ingredients and add in water - yeast mix.
- Mix with hands.
- Dampen towel and cover for 2 hrs in hot place to rise.
- Roll out dough to make 3 to 4 pizzas.
- Put on toppings.
- Bake at 450 degrees for 10 to 15 min or possibly till cheese melts and crust edges are lightly brown.
- Crescent rolls: Roll out to pie shape and cut wedges.
- Roll up wedge starting with wide end.
- Curl ends to crescent shape.
- Put on buttered cookie sheet.
- Sit for 1/2 hour to rise in hot place.
- Bake at 400 degrees 10 to 15 min (watch).
