Harvest Spice Salad

  1. Drain and cut into chunks pears and peaches, saving juice.
  2. To juice add cinnamon and cloves.
  3. simmer juice and spices for 30 minutes.
  4. Strain and use 1 3/4 cup jucie to dissolve gelatin.
  5. Add cold water according to package.
  6. Cool and fold in fruit.
  7. Add almonds.
  8. Pour into 9x13 pan and chill until set,.
