Thai Indian fusion chicken curry

  1. Brown chicken in oil and set aside
  2. Place onion and garlic in little oil cook a couple min.
  3. Then add curry powder and marshals.
  4. Salt pepper to taste cook a couple more min.
  5. Add coconut milk,peas and potatoes and let simmer for 15 min.
  6. Eat like it is or put it on rice and enjoy
