Breakfast Bread, Bread Machine
- 1 13 cups warm water
- 12 cup rye flour
- 12 cup wheat flour
- 2 cups bread flour
- 1 12 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 12 teaspoons kosher salt
- 3 tablespoons dry milk
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons nutmeg
- 2 teaspoons yeast
- Follow your machine instructions, mine starts with the water first.
- Add the wheat and rye flour next, with the yeast as the last item.
- Set the machine for wheat bread, light or medium crust, 1.5lb loaf size.
