Confetti Scrambled Eggs

  1. Melt butter in large nonstick skillet over low heat.
  2. Add onions and saute until very tender, about 8 minutes.
  3. Add pepperoni, bell peppers and marjoram.
  4. Cook over low heat until bell peppers are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally, about 10 minutes.
  5. Pour in eggs.
  6. Stir over medium-low heat until eggs are just set, about 5 minutes.
  7. Transfer to bowl and serve.
