Black Jack Bbq Sauce Recipe

• 1 c. Strong black coffee
• 1 c. Catsup
• 1/2 c. Brown sugar
• 2 tsp Salt
• 1/4 c. Chopped warm chili peppers
• 1 c. Worcestershire sauce
• 1/2 c. Cider vinegar
• 3 Tbsp. Chili pwdr
• 2 c. Minced onions
• 6 x Cloves garlic, chopped

1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and simmer 25 mins.
2. Strain or possibly puree in a blender or possibly food processor.
3. Chill between uses.
