Creamy Shrimp & Pasta
- 1 pound Shrimp, Peeled And Deveined
- 2 Tablespoons Kraft Parmesan Basil Vinaigrette With Olive Oil
- 1 cup Grape Tomatoes, Quartered
- 2 Tablespoons Light Cream Cheese
- 1 teaspoon Basil
- 2 Tablespoons Parmesan, Crumbled
- In a small bowl, pour the dressing over the shrimp and let it marinate, covered, in the fridge for 15-20 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cook pasta as directed on the package.
- Heat a large skillet on medium-high heat; add the shrimp mixture and cook for 3-5 minutes or until pink.
- Remove the shrimp from the skillet with a slotted spoon and set aside.
- Add the tomatoes, cream cheese and basil to the marinade in the skillet and cook, stirring frequently, for 3 minutes or until blended well.
- Add shrimp and cook until heated through, stirring occasionally.
- Drain pasta and add to the skillet with the shrimp and cream mixture.
- Toss gently to coat and sprinkle cheese on top.
- Serve immediately.
