Steamed Dumplings

  1. Combine turkey and vegetables in bowl; mix well.
  2. Add cornstarch, seasonings and 1 Tbsp soy sauce; mix well.
  3. Spoon a small amount onto each wonton wrapper; moisten edges with water.
  4. Pleat or crimp with pot sticker maker to seal.
  5. Place in single layer in lettuce-lined steamer.
  6. Steam over boiling water for 6 minutes or until cooked through.
  7. Repeat with remaining dumplings.
  8. Serve with mixture of remaining 1/2 cup soy sauce, vinegar, oil and Tabasco sauce for dipping.
