Sweet n Spicy Chicken Pockets
- 2 medium chicken breasts
- 2 pinch piri piri
- 3 medium finger Chillis
- 1 medium white onion
- 2 medium Red pepper
- 4 tbsp honey
- Fry up the chicken and spice to taste
- Add sliced onions and pepper.
- Fry untill onions brown.
- Cutt up chilli and add to taste.
- Then add a little chicken gravey.
- Just enough to keep the whole dish moist.
- Cook for a further 10 mins then add the honey to taste.
- Toast some pittas up then fill em up.
