Lazy Slow Cooker Barbequed Beef Sandwiches
- 3 cups Barbeque Sauce, Divided
- 4 pounds Sirloin Tip Roast
- 2 cups Ketchup
- 14 ounces, fluid Beef Broth
- 12 ounces, fluid Root Beer
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 2 teaspoons Black Pepper
- Reserve 2 cups barbeque sauce and set aside.
- Mix the remaining ingredients and place in the crock pot.
- Cook on low for 7 hours.
- Take out and pull meat apart.
- Pour out the juices in the crock pot.
- Put the meat back in the crock pot, mix in the reserved barbeque sauce, and warm until ready to serve.
- I like to serve them on steak rolls, but you can use hamburger buns as well.
