Easy Mexican Chicken Pizza
- 2 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1/2 lb.), cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 red pepper, cut into thin strips
- 3/4 cups TACO BELL Verde Salsa
- 1 ready-to-use baked pizza crust (12 inch)
- 1 tsp. chopped fresh cilantro
- 1-1/2 cups KRAFT Mexican Style Finely Shredded Four Cheese
- Heat oven to 400F.
- Cook chicken with peppers in large nonstick skillet on medium heat 5 min.
- or until chicken is done, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in salsa; cook on low heat 3 min.
- Spoon chicken mixture over crust.
- Sprinkle with cilantro; top with cheese.
- Bake 10 to 13 min.
- or until cheese is melted.
