Maple-dill Roasted Salmon

  1. Preheat oven to 500F (260C).
  2. In a small bowl, stir maple syrup with marmalade.
  3. Place fish, skin side down, on a foil-lined baking sheet.
  4. Spread half of maple mixture overtop.
  5. Roast, uncovered, in centre of preheated oven 10 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven.
  7. Spoon remaining maple mixture overtop.
  8. Continue roasting until a knife tip inserted in centre of fish comes out warm, 10 more minutes.
  9. Meanwhile, chop dill.
  10. Slice lime into wedges.
  11. Once salmon is cooked, place on a large platter.
  12. Sprinkle with dill and salt.
  13. Arrange lime wedges around fish.
