Grandma's Sausage And Peppers Recipe

  1. Brown whole sausages in skillet.
  2. Pierce skins as they cook.
  3. Cook till done inside.
  4. Remove from pan.
  5. Drain off grease and saute/fry onions till golden, remove from pan.
  6. Saute/fry peppers till tender.
  7. Slice sausage into 1/4 to 1/2 inch slices.
  8. Add in sausage, peppers and onions to skillet.
  9. Stir fry on medium to medium-high heat.
  10. Drain any excess fat.
  11. Add in spaghetti sauce, just sufficient to coat well.
  12. Heat through and serve on Italian bread.
