Tuna Pasta Salad
- 100 g penne pasta
- 1 grated carrot
- 4 tablespoons corn
- 4 tablespoons canned red kidney beans
- 12 lolo rosso lettuce
- 100 ml vinaigrette, of your choice
- 1 (185 g) can tuna
- BOil pasta accroding to package instructions.
- in a bowl mix together the corn, tuna, red kidney beans and carrots.
- wash the lettuce and put in a serving dish.
- top with pasta and veggies.
- Pour the vinaigrette over the salad when serving.
