Buffalo Hot Shots
- 12 tablespoons buffalo wing sauce
- 12 tablespoons light ranch dressing
- 6 tablespoons crumbled reduced fat blue cheese
- 6 tablespoons finely chopped cooked chicken
- celery rib, 3 1/2 long
- In 12- 2 ounce shot glasses.
- Place 1 Tablespoon Buffalo Wing Sauce in each shot glass.
- Top with 1/2 Tablespoon of chicken, 1 Tablespoon of Ranch dressing,1/2 Tablespoon blue cheese.
- Cover and Chill.
- To serve insert celery stick into each shot glass.
- Makes 12 Appetizers.
