Creamy Romano Dressing

• 1/4 cup buttermilk
• 3 tbsp. fresh grated Romano
• Parmesan cheese
• 2 tbsp. mayonnaise
• 2 tbsp. white wine vinegar
• 2 tbsp. minced fresh parsley
• 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
• 1/8 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
• 1/8 tsp. hot sauce
• salt and fresh cracked black pepper to taste

1. Whisk together the buttermilk,cheese,mayo,vinegar,parsley,Dijon,Worcestershire and hot sauce.
2. Season with the salt and pepper to taste.
