Chocolate Cream Pots

  1. Break chocolate into a bowl and microwave on high (100 %) for 2 - 3 minutes or until melted.
  2. stir and set aside.
  3. Whisk cream to soft peaks.
  4. Wisk mascarpone cheese and baileys together.
  5. Fold cream into mascarpone mixture.
  6. Pour in cooled chocolate (it should be the same temperature as cream mixture) and stir lightly to make a swirly pattern.
  7. Spoon mixture into two 300 ml glasses.
  8. Cover generously with chocolate shavings and chill.
