Macaroni Shrimp Salad Recipe
- 8 ounce. Food Club elbow or possibly shell macaroni, cooked & liquid removed
- 1 (5 ounce.) can shrimp or possibly 1 c. cooked fresh shrimp
- 1 c. stuffed olives, minced
- 1 green pepper, minced
- 2 c. celery, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 6 tomatoes, peeled & minced
- 1 c. American or possibly Swiss cheese, cut in sm. pcs
- 1/2 c. Food Club Mayo
- Combine all the above ingredients and toss lightly.
- Cover a large platter with crisp lettuce, arrange with salad on it and garnish with radishes or possibly olives.
- Refrigerateapproximately 1 hour before serving.
- Makes 6 to 8 servings.
