Macaroni Shrimp Salad Recipe

  1. Combine all the above ingredients and toss lightly.
  2. Cover a large platter with crisp lettuce, arrange with salad on it and garnish with radishes or possibly olives.
  3. Refrigerateapproximately 1 hour before serving.
  4. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
