Yoghurt Calpis and Milk
- 300 ml Calpis (Calpico in America/UK)
- 600 ml Milk
- 30 ml Lemon juice
- 10 grams Gelatin powder
- 6 tbsp Water (For the gelatin)
- Combine the gelatin with water.
- Combine the milk, Calpis, and lemon juice in a non-metal bowl and mix.
- Dissolve the gelatin in water by microwaving for 3 minutes.
- Once the gelatin dissolves, pour into the bowl from Step 2.
- Put the mixture into non-metallic containers and chill in the refrigerator to set.
- Skim off the bubbles from the surface for a clean finish.
- When making it to eat at home, use a large bowl and chill as is to have less dirty dishes to clean.
- Put them in a basket as a gift when visiting a friend.
