Healthy Veggie Salad
- 1/4 cup red and yellow bell pepper, sliced thin and cooked
- 1/4 cup asparagus, chopped and cooked
- 1/4 cup onion "fries"
- 2 tbsp grated carrots
- 2 tbsp purple cabbage
- 4 tbsp dressing of your choice
- 1/2 cup chopped chicken, cooked
- Place salad leaves on plate
- I have a bell peppers, asparagus, carrots, and purple cabbage on top
- Please onion "fries" on top
- Place salad dressing on top
- Enjoy!
