Mary Lacey Artichoke Dip
- 1 can Artichoke Hearts Diced
- 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese
- 1/2 cups Sour Cream
- 1/2 cups Mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoons Dill Weed
- 1/4 teaspoons Garlic Powder
- Salt To Taste
- 1 cup Parmesan Cheese, For Topping
- Drain artichoke hearts.
- Set aside until cream cheese and all other ingredients are mixed together.
- I use an electric mixer for this.
- Once all ingredients are well mixed, mix in artichoke heats.
- Place mixture into a baking dish, sprinkle top with parmesan cheese and bake for 25 minutes at 350 F.
