Planters Punch
- 2 ounces dark rum
- 1/2 ounce fresh lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon simple syrup
- 1 dash Angostura bitters
- Soda water, to top (optional)
- Pineapple slice, for garnish
- Fill a shaker with ice and add rum, lime juice, simple syrup and bitters.
- Shake; strain over fresh ice into a highball glass.
- Top with soda water if you like and garnish with a pineapple slice.
